Regarding stock availability

Our products are offered for sale both online and in-store.

Therefore, there are rare cases where an item purchased through this website may be canceled if it is sold in-store at the same time.

In such an event, we sincerely regret to inform you that we will have to cancel your transaction.

◆ Regarding items in separate facility stock

Products with "[Warehouse Stock]" or "[Separate Facility Stock]" in the product title are stocked at a separate facility from our store.

If you purchase multiple items from separate facilities, there is a possibility that they will be shipped as two separate packages. Please be aware of this in advance.

◆ To customers purchasing multiple units of the same item

For items that are difficult to secure, we may limit purchases to 4 units per customer. We appreciate your understanding. (This is to ensure more customers can purchase the item.)
