*While postal letters are cheaper for shipping, they do not have tracking numbers. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping issues that may occur with Japan Post.

*We do not offer specified delivery dates or times.

BOX and Supplies, etc.

・Time to Completion of Shipment

It will be within "3 business days" from the date of payment.
※We do not perform shipping operations on holidays such as Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
※There may be a difference between the shipping notification and the actual mailing time.

・Product Cancellation and Returns

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience after payment has been completed.
If there is a case of damage to the product during shipping, or if the product content or quantity is incorrect due to our error,

We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your cooperation in such cases.

・Product Non-Arrival and Other Delivery-Related Issues

If a week or more has passed since the shipping completion email and the product has not arrived, or if the product is damaged,
please contact us via the inquiry form with the product name. We will respond within one week of the product arrival date.

For products with "[Warehouse Stock]" or "[Stock at Other Location]" in the product name:
These are items stored at locations other than the store.
If you purchase multiple items and they are from different stock locations, they may be shipped in two separate packages. We appreciate your understanding. (No additional shipping fees will be incurred)
